- Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to one night (non-refundable)
- Refunds: No refunds on any deposits paid after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival
- Change of Dates: A $50 fee per change. No changes allowed after 2pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
- Shortened Stays: No refunds.
Holidays / Special Events:
Special Dates include any stay that includes any of the following nights: 5/24/2024-5/26/2024, 7/4/24-7/6/24, 8/9/24-8/11/24, 8/16/24-8/18/24, 8/30/24-9/1/24, 9/6/24-9/8/24, 9/13/24-9/15/24, 9/20/24-9/22/24, 9/27/24-9/29/24, 10/4/24-10/6/24, 10/11/24-10/13/24
